We regularly clean solar panels, cladding, skylights, atriums, fascias and have specialist gutter cleaning equipment to enable us to clean gutters safely. Whatever your needs, we are certain that we can offer a solution from our skilled and fully trained dedicated team.
SJ Cleaning will ensure that before any works take place specific RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) will be undertaken by a competent person and these will be updated regularly.
Our operatives are IOSH trained which enables them to conduct dynamic risk assessments whilst on site so that you can be assured of our commitment to health & safety of our clients, staff and members of the public.
Solar Panel Cleaning
If you own or maintain a commercial solar panel installation, you need to ensure the maximum financial benefit from your array. Solar panel cleaning is an essential part of achieving this. Clean solar panels enable more light to reach the solar cells meaning increased power generation and return on investment.
We offer a complete solar panel cleaning service, including removal of bird droppings, lichen growth, dust and dirt build up.
Cladding Cleaning
SJ Cleaning will clean cladding using our water fed pole system. By using pure water with our soft bristled brush heads it removes dirt and algae with superb results.
We can clean safely from ground level and for difficult to reach areas we have fully trained operatives who are IPAF trained to enable them to work safely with access by using a mobile elevated work platform.
Fascia Cleaning
SJ Cleaning are proud to offer a safe and compliant solution to fascia and soffit cleaning to our customers. Our professional fascia clean will remove the build up of dirt and debris and will be conducted efficiently by using our telescopic water fed pole system. We can clean from ground level up to approximately 22m and we can deal with high level and awkward access areas by cleaning from a mobile elevated work platform.
Gutter Cleaning
We all understand that poorly maintained gutters can cause issues as water is one of the greatest causes of damage to buildings both internally and externally. SJ Cleaning would recommend having a maintenance system to clean out gutters on a minimum annual frequency to assist in preventing such damage.
We have invested in the latest equipment and technology and can safely clean gutters up to an approximate height of 12m from ground level with minimal disruption. Our camera system allows our operatives to monitor the clean to ensure a thorough job.
SJ Cleaning are able to offer our fully accredited operatives to undertake higher level gutter cleaning by utilising mobile elevated work platforms offering a fast, efficient and reliable service.
Canopy & Atrium Cleaning
SJ Cleaning recognises that high level cleaning must be conducted safely by fully trained and qualified operatives. We can deliver our services using International Powered Access Trained (IPAF) operatives and we can work on a range of mobile elevated work platforms from scissor lifts to cherry pickers.
SJ Cleaning will utilise the water fed pole cleaning system wherever practical which allows our cleaning teams to access approximately to a height of six floors by working safely from the ground. This method is the safest method of cleaning at a high level as it negates the need for access equipment.
Signage Cleaning
First Impressions count! SJ Cleaning understands perception and company image are important to our clients and a company sign is one of the first impressions of your business that your customers see. Signage that is not maintained can leave a tired look and in turn can impact on the important first impression. Renewal can be expensive so SJ Cleaning would recommend an annual face lift as you only have one chance to create a first impression.
High Level Internal Cleaning
At SJ Cleaning (Midlands) Limited we can offer a high level internal cleaning solution to suit your individual requirements.
We operate using specialist equipment in order to remove the dust and debris that can sit on deep window sills, ledges and beams. By utilising our specialist vacuuming dusting equipment we can to remove dust that your cleaners can't access by operating safely from ground level so that your premises remain clean.
For harder to reach or higher areas we can offer IPAF trained operatives that can operate from a mobile elevated work platform who are fully compliant with working from height regulations and all other relevant legislation.
