SJ Cleaning offer a dedicated customer services manager whose role primarily is to liaise with clients, conduct inspections, attend operational meetings and to support our Contract Managers whilst ensuring our compliance by regular monitoring our services. We have considerable experience in working with vulnerable clients and by communicating effectively, listening and understanding it helps us identify our diverse customer needs.

Our management system follows a continuous improvement cycle incorporating the elements of risk assessment, setting objectives and targets, devising policy, planning and implementing risk control systems, monitoring and auditing performance, and review. We have a rigorous monitoring system, which will include inspections of the site ensuring that frequency standards and Health and safety requirements are being met. In addition we will also conduct on site periodic operative performance checks. Complaints are few and far between and we have comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure our standards remain high and monthly gathering of information enables us to respond to clients' feedback efficiently.
