Abseiling
If you operate or occupy a tall building then the only safe way of cleaning the external windows is to use fall arrest equipment which allows trained window cleaning abseilers access to the external face of a window from inside or on top of a building. The key advantage in using window cleaning abseilers is that they can gain access to most areas of a building or structure which couldn't otherwise be accessed.
Abseiling window cleaning is supervised by highly trained experts, all of whom are trained to IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) standards. All of our abseilers are also trained to IRATA standards. All employees are fully trained and experienced in using rescue kits and can also administer emergency first aid.
Before any job begins a full site-specific risk assessment is carried out and a method statement is created including a rescue plan. All of our equipment is regularly checked in line with current legislation.
GutterVac System
SJ Cleaning offers the GutterVac system for the safe and easy cleaning of gutters and hard to reach areas. With the operator working safely from the ground, this high powered vacuum system quickly removes debris, leaves, moss and other obstructions from rainwater guttering systems.
The system can also be used to remove dry debris such as insects and cigarette ends from awkward, high level places such as window ledges and stairwells.
An exceptionally versatile piece of equipment, the GutterVac continually finds new and sometimes surprising applications in all kinds of difficult-to-access areas.
High Level Cleaning System
Our internal Window Cleaning system is designed for cleaning of high level internal glass and cladding from the safety of the ground. It is a unique system and is the perfect answer to internal cleaning in inaccessible areas, or where a ladder and other reach equipment is normally required. Cleaning behind obstructions such as pillars and glass balustrades can be achieved using the system's special tools.
No chemicals are used - microfibre pads remover all the internal grime - and there is no water mist or spray making this system perfect for car showrooms, stairwells and atriums in office blocks, schools, colleges, hotels, airports, and shopping centres.
